The Old Country Store Quilts Policy

We hope you are completely happy with your handmade quilt. It is truly a one-of-a-kind creation, and we believe it will become an heirloom.

If you are not satisfied with the quilt for any reason, please call us at 1-800-828-8218, Monday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (EST). We will be glad to work with you to resolve the issue.

In the event that you are still unsatisfied with your quilt purchase, you may return the UNUSED quilt within 10 days of receipt. Return shipping is your expense, and unless the quilt was damaged or defective, shipping costs are not refundable.
