Waiver of Liability: I waive any claim for personal injury or property damage against Classes at The Old Country Store or any of its employees while I participate in a class. I agree to adhere to safety instructions given before and during the class to ensure personal safety and the safety of other guests of Classes at The Old Country Store. I authorize Classes at The Old Country Store to seek medical treatment for me if necessary. I also permit Classes at The Old Country Store to use any photographs of me/us for promotional purposes.
Cancellation Policy:
- 10 or more days prior to class: Full refund.
- 3–9 days prior to class: 75% of the class fee in a gift card to the Store.
- 2 or fewer days prior to class: No refund.
- Class kit fees are non-refundable.
- Fees for classes that are cancelled by the student cannot be transferred to other classes.
If The Old Country Store needs to cancel a class due to inclement weather, an instructor with a family or medical emergency, or a class with two or fewer students, the class will be rescheduled as soon as possible or a full refund will be given.
