Beginning Quilting Skills Level 2

Upcoming Class

This class is designed for students who have taken Beginning Quilting Skills Level 1 OR who have basic quilting skills but would like to transition to making a throw or bed sized quilt.

In the class you will:
• Review how to cut out fabrics for a quilt
• Review how to sew an accurate quarter inch seam
• Learn to sew a partial seam to complete a block
• Sew completed blocks together incorporating nested seams

The pattern for the class is a fun one and since it makes a large block, you’ll be able to create a throw-sized quilt in no time.

Level: Beginner. You should know how to operate a sewing machine and use a rotary cutter and ruler.

The registration fee does not include the cost of supplies. Click on the link below to view the supply list for this class.

This class will be held in Classroom 2.
