Many of us find ourselves so tied up with the requirements of busy lives that we shelve all thoughts of creative time with fabric, needle, and thread—it gets put off because it can be, and then, too often, it ends up in the “someday” bin. Do you find yourself craving some undistracted and focused sewing in the company of others who share your passion? Maybe you have some UFO’s that you need just a few hours to complete? Or perhaps you have questions about a technique, want advice on how to proceed, and/or want to meet and make new friends.
If any or all of the above apply, then this day is for you. Bring a project, or two or three, that you would like to work on. You may bring your own machine, use a classroom machine, or just sit and complete some handwork. All are welcome!
