The days are getting cooler, the leaves are turning red and gold, the geese are migrating south… fall is here! Celebrate the season by creating quilt blocks with flying geese units, made with Studio 180 Design’s Wing Clipper tool. The Wing Clipper allows you to make four units at a time, quickly and easily. The blocks for this 3-month session are:
October: T-block and King’s Crown
November: Return of the Swallows and Indian Star
December: Cups and Saucers and Crystal Star
The Singer Featherweight Club meets monthly to sew blocks that were published weekly in the Kansas City Star newspaper from 1928 to 1961. The blocks have been updated using modern tools and techniques instead of templates.
Club dates are Saturdays, October 10th, November 14th, and December 12th. Signing up with the link below will register you for all three sessions.
