The BERNINA Q-series Long Arm is designed to meet the rigorous requirements of professional quilting while remaining accessible to quilters of all skill levels. This guide class provides an overview of the Q-Series machines (Q20, Q16, or Q16PLUS) on the hoop frame, highlighting key features and operational guidance. Participants will receive instruction on navigating the user interface and mastering essential machine functions, including threading, bobbin winding, quilt loading, and routine maintenance and cleaning. The course also includes an introduction to the three BERNINA Stitch Regulator modes, with practical sewing exercises on the Q-Series machine.
Customers who have purchased a Q-Series machine on the hoop frame from Hinkletown Sewing are eligible to register for one complimentary guide class. This offer is limited to one free participant per machine purchase; additional participants are required to pay the registration fee. To waive the $39 fee, select a date and apply the coupon code HOOPFRAME (in uppercase letters, without spaces) during registration. Please bring your BERNINA Q-Series Workbook to class. If you do not already possess one, a workbook will be provided.
